Production Time:
Once we determine the configuration of the rod, I can build it within 6 to 8 weeks of acquiring the materials. Some popular blanks can sell-out quickly and it can take time to locate a supplier with them in stock. Although in special circumstances I may be able to rush a rod into production, adhesive and finish dry times must be observed.
Shipping:
USPS Priority Mail 3/4 business days delivery after I receive cleared payment, or PayPal payment.
I package all rods in a pvc or black abs shipping tube with padding and mail it USPS priority mail. The rod is insured and sent with delivery confirmation.
International Shipping:
International shipping is actual price calculated on a case-by-case basis. The buyer will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, etc.
Forms of Payment:
I prefer Paypal, but also USPS Money Orders or Bank Cashiers Checks. Payment in these forms ensures the rod ships as soon as possible. I insist on Paypal, in US dollars, for all international transactions.
I calculate federal excise tax into the price of each rod, and I collect state sales tax on all Massachusetts transactions.
Inspection Period: once you receive it, I allow a 5 day inspection period on all rods.
Returns:
In the event of a return, the rod must be returned as sent and shipping, handling and insurance is non-refundable. Please contact me before mailing, and your purchase price will be refunded once the rod is returned.
